Import studies

Instructions

1. Prepare your CSV file with the following format:
   "id";"idthemes";"number";"titlefr";"titleen";"author";"summary";"status";"date";"online";"datereport";"filekey"
2. Make sure the PDF files are placed in the /import/etudes/ folder at the root of WordPress
3. Files must contain the filekey in their name (e.g., SCORE-2012-01-synthfr-8q01apo9cm-1.pdf)
4. Sélectionnez votre fichier CSV et cliquez sur "Importer"

Field mapping

• number → Study No.
• titlefr → Title (FR)
• titleen → Title (EN)
• author → Authors (taxonomy)
• summary → Description
• status + online → Visibility status
• date → Completion date
• filekey → Key to associate PDF files

Visibility rules

• status = 1 → Draft in progress
• status = 2 + online = 0 → Members
• status = 2 + online = 1 → Public

2. The file must contain 14 columns separated by semicolons
3. Studies will be found by their Study No.
4. All FR and EN keywords will be concatenated and separated by commas

Column mappings

• Colonne 1 → Study No. (to find the study)
• Colonne 2 → Title (information only)
• Colonnes 3-8 → Keywords in French
• Colonnes 9-14 → Keywords in English
