SCORE LCA

SCORE LCA, founded in March 2012, is a cooperative research organization governed by its active members and guided by a Scientific Board. Its mission is to promote cooperation among industrial, institutional, and scientific actors to foster a positive, shared, and recognized evolution at the European and international levels of global environmental quantification methods, particularly Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and their practical application.

SCORE LCA aims to:

• Define research programs related to LCA (these programs are entrusted to research teams and/or public or private providers).
• Encourage exchanges between the various stakeholders involved in the use of LCA (whether sponsors or practitioners) to collectively build best practices in the field.
• Ensure wide dissemination of advances made in data, methods, feedback, and best practices in the field.
• Participate in European and international scientific exchanges to monitor technological developments in LCA and share scientific progress achieved within SCORE LCA with the international scientific community.
